With airline stocks down big from their all-time highs, I'm curious when will people start flying again.  Time to invest soon or not?

Morning and afternoon sessions?  Are the teachers going to be doing double the work or are the students going to get half the class time?  Ugghh.

Does anybody have any insight into the rental rates the past month?  Have they gone down?  My out-of-state investment property is up for a lease renewal and my property manager is recommending I RAISE my tenant's rate by ~10%.  I'm feeling a bit queezy about raising rates in this environment...

Typically, does insurance premiums go up for your house, even if you've never had a claim?  I'm with AAA and my home insurance has steadily gone up each year even though we've never filed a claim.  The house is only 5 years old.  My premium is now about $300/year higher than it was back in...

I've heard the same from other schools.  The quality of some of the teachers is at another level.

Yeah.  I'm not questioning the benefits of flattening the curve.  That's a must.  I'm just sobering up to the reality that we'll be living with this issue for a much longer period of time that I was hoping. 

I only get my mail on Monday mornings before the mailman comes for the day.  That way, the mail has been sitting untouched in the box for at least 48 hours.

With the limited trips to the grocery store these days, I've exercised portion-control on my meals and actually lost 3 pounds last week.  My problem is going to be the full head of uncontrollable hair that's going to keep growing until I feel safe getting a haircut.
