I doubt 'full time in the office' is in our future. I work for a large old-school, but very prominent Fortune 500 company that never wanted to adopt WFH, but now they're starting to assess their workforce's preferences and will most likely adopt a hybrid model.

Not true. My child has never been assigned homework on a weekend, let alone homework DUE on a weekend. The work is not "useless" or "busy"....seemed like quality work from my observation.

pickup truck sales have been increasing for a couple years now. I believe more F-150s are sold than any other vehicle in this country. The pandemic just boosted sales even more as more people want to go camping and take long road trips.
That guy is great. I went there when he first opened pre-COVID and he would offer to remake my drink even if it were just a little bit off. He's still there now chatting with his customers to make sure they're taken care of.
I doubt there are a lot of troubled homeowners in Irvine that would have significantly put downward pressure on the Irvine housing market.
I feel that there are a disproportionate share of WFH and tech employees that didn't get impacted by the job losses of 2020...and probably actually...
