I really liked the knolls a lot! I can't recall the plan I liked best but it was the one that was closest to the sales trailer.  This is if Knolls is the one that shares the sales trailer with another set of model homes and has some patio furniture in the street.

Wouldn't Gen in Cerritos be comparable to Gen in Tustin? If I was to eat AYCE BBQ in Cerritos, I'd go to the Mr. Lee's off of South Street near Norwalk for $9.99. Too far to travel to warrant the price savings though. The meat place that I liked by Mitsuwa is no longer there. :(

I wasn't surprised at all when I saw a coyote limping around near Irvine Blvd in Stonegate recently.  I've seen them on Lake Forest near the 5! That location seems to be much further from open space than Stonegate.
