Terrazza is getting ready to release their last phase - some pricing info for you

In the last week lot 182 has sold (from Phase 25) and the Plan 3X model home sold for that ridiculous price! Not making this up. So now they are down to the final 9 home sites. Probably sell out in 4-5 weeks.
