PS has a higher chance of wild fires and has been impacted in the past. PS will burn down before it reaches GP.

It seems like private school isnt an issue for the OP. If that’s the case I wouldn’t buy in PS or GP. Instead look at neighboring cities where you can maximize your buying power.

    I’m talking about primary/secondary education.

Luna Park in Great Park Neighborhood

No offense to anyone here but if one really values education, it’s a joke that they want to send their kids to a public school. I don’t care how good a public school is they are not going to be better than private.

Well there is no such thing as a perfect home. You can’t have everything and not pay up for what you want. In your case you value education and if that’s the case you might as well pay up the premium or you can live in other areas and send your kid to private. On a side note, it’s good to know...

The Meadows, Lake Forest by Toll Brothers

I also find it very difficult to justify the price given the location despite the bigger lots than Evergreen. Based on the site plan, it looks like most homes will be having a motorcourt. I get the reasoning behind it as it allows for more homes to be built, but as a result it doesn't feel like...

The point is you can’t use the Chinese RE metric with US. It’s apples to oranges. At the end of the day the homes here are bigger and cheaper compared to China.

that's true, but you have to understand the target demographic/buyer here. Most homes in China are attached and they don't look at the price per sq/ft when buying. They look at the sale price.

    Stock picks

RoaringKitty is a genius. I was initially concerned about this dude manipulating the direction of the stock and especially with his livestream event happening. Him being late 30mins and the stock dropping so hard is the nail in the coffin about him manipulating the stock. He was probably late on...

I'm definitely not a politician so I'm not going to say my approach is the best/right way to handle the situation. But as you said, banning foreigners from buying local real estate is very common in other countries. Think about why it's common. The fact we don't have that in place is...

Aren't FCBs the ones that normally flip? For example, https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/113-Thimbleberry-92618/home/173431845. Looked it up and I'm pretty sure 99% they are FCB.
