Hopefully someone can answer this. Is it possible to apply your builder incentive to the price of your house if you are located in a premium location such as an ocean view or corner lot. Is that considered an upgrade or does it only apply to flooring, appliances, etc... Thanks in advance.
Graphix, thanks for proving my point with the excellent pictures. As you all can see, the KFC and the liquor store are not located at the corner of the community. In fact, it's quite a stroll to get there. Unfortunately, in this world, you have to pass some undesirable places to get to where...
"I don't think anyone posting on the IHB really gives a (insert your colorful euphemism here) about Brightwater."
Oh really...I don't think I would take the trek all the way out to Huntington Beach if I didn't give a (insert your colorful euphemism here) about Brightwater. A poster asked...
I finally get the purpose of the IHB. Basically, every community is attacked relentlessly until it is determined that the houses are overpriced and poorly built. I guess every development in Irvine has gone through the same critisism. Since there are no new developments in Irvine, I guess it's...
Just for your entertainment, I am all the above you just mentioned. Foremost, I am an honest evaluator. I don't fabriacte to make my case stronger. I just state the facts. The fact is the liquor store and KFC are not at the corner of the community...not even close. I'm not saying that the...
oldsalt46, didn't you read my post above? Graphix is none of the things you listed. Like I said, he must have ancestors buried in the development. That is the only reasonable explanation for the foul stench he smells everytime he visits brightwater. This thread has been very amusing indeed. All...
Pota, don't you know the rules? You are not allowed to say anything positive about the Brightwater project. If you do, you are either an employee of Brightwater or one of the ignorant people who bought a home there. You would think that Graphix had some ancestors buried in the development the...
On a related note:
Other unearthed Native American burial sites-
Upper Newport Bay: the remains of an estimated 600 ancient American Indians were dug up and reburied by the Irvine Co. in 1996. Homes were built on the site.
Hmmm...wondering how those homes are doing now????
"Oh yes, I noticed today that I still have the flyers in my car." Ummm...you people need to read more carefully and not perpetuate false information. I assume No Such Reality left a brochure, just like you would get at any Irvine development, in his car. I have been to this development myself...
