Hopefully someone can answer this. Is it possible to apply your builder incentive to the price of your house if you are located in a premium location such as an ocean view or corner lot. Is that considered an upgrade or does it only apply to flooring, appliances, etc... Thanks in advance.

On a related note: Other unearthed Native American burial sites- Upper Newport Bay: the remains of an estimated 600 ancient American Indians were dug up and reburied by the Irvine Co. in 1996. Homes were built on the site. Hmmm...wondering how those homes are doing now????
