I have a question that I know many of you will be able to answer. Can I put a manufactured home on an R-2 lot as the second home on the property? If so, I am wondering why it isn't done more often. an 1,800 sq. ft. manufactured home is going for 80,000 at the OC Swap Meet.

Is the Obama Administration forbidding banks that received bailout money from issuing foreclosures? How many foreclosures is it stemming in OC?
