I'm not a fan of Calphalon at all. I've found their products to be of a poor quality. I mostly use All Clad stainless pans with a couple of Lodge and Le Creuset cast iron pieces. For reductions check out All Clad's 1qt stainless saucier. It is a mighty fine pan.
