Has anyone figured out what's going to be on Big Dipper, across from Hillside/Bluffs??? There's only signage for Hillcrest Park but the lot is now fully graded with roads ready and exterior walls being built. Can't seem to find the site plan anywhere.

Oh wow! Interesting! I don't know why I thought all 3 would be on the other side of Dreamcatcher. Looks like Fiore is where CalPac was originally going to build near Lapis & Sierra.  Looks like they've graded the land pretty well where Hillcrest Park will be. I wonder when they'll release that...

Don't get too excited! I thought the same but Kindergarten is only 2.5 hours so you'll still need to pay for childcare before/after school which is nearly the same as preschool/montessori.  :(

Agreed! I used Steve also! The builder representative said that they hate seeing the documents come through from Steve because he's "so thorough". I had a great time working with him and he caught some things I wouldn't have thought of that the builder fixed at my 1 year warranty.
