Hi everyone I think Haggen is out of business. I tried calling them a few times with no answer from a 'real' person when you choose that option. Do you guys know if they've already closed their doors? If so, any ideas who is moving in?  ::)

Went by the Sales Office today and it was packed! Streets are coming along and looking great. The 3X gives it a less cookie cutter look. Looking forward to our move!  ;D

Love the concept and colors. I'm all for greys and whites which seems to be very popular right now. The sage cabinets are just not my favorite. Have you thought about other cabinet color options? We're doing white cabinets with Bianco Ramona granite with full backsplash and light wood floors...

We're sticking with the Standard White Kitchen Cabinets. We viewed the upgraded white cabinets and honestly couldn't tell much a difference ;) The Residence 2 "Model" has the Standard White Cabinets in the Kitchen and the Residence 3X "Model" has the "upgraded" White Cabinets in the Kitchen...
