I think it depends on the residents in the zone more than whether it's new or old. So I'm more concerned about what kind of neibourhood they will be building in the Great Parks area in the next 5 years. If subsidized, oriented to low income, then I'd stay away from that zone. If nice...

So there will be a new middle school Jeffery Trails open this fall for residents in north of I-5 and east of Jeffery. I heard there will be a new Elementary coming soon too? Is there any sign for new high school for Portola Spring area? Any word on new developments in the nearby area?
