I think it depends on the residents in the zone more than whether it's new or old. So I'm more concerned about what kind of neibourhood they will be building in the Great Parks area in the next 5 years. If subsidized, oriented to low income, then I'd stay away from that zone. If nice...

The next release at Cortona will be #18, and there are 23 altogether. I don't know why they are so slow in releasing and tell people how long the waiting list is. It'd only force people to look else where.

Sadly it is true, at least according to their sales people. Cortona told me they had two pages of names on the list when I signed up. San Remo had 70 people on the list. Ironically they still had three homes available at that time, meaning all the 70 people were waiting for some lots with bigger...
