My husband and I had the choice between the 3X and regular 3. We chose the 3X for a few different reasons. We loved the curb appeal of the 3X very grand for an approximate 2,900 sq ft home. It reminds us a lot of the Terraza 2X which we loved but ideally we wanted an SFR with an actual driveway...

I recently purchased a 3X. We are very excited. Has anyone been able to receive any-kind of Builder Credit towards upgrades with the Design Center? Any comments would help. Thank you in advance.
