It also took me a while to figure it out ;D ;D Irvine High....So there is actually a school named Irvine high..(just joking..)  No one talked to me about it. Everybody just saying NWHS or Uni, or just a few time Beckman..

Because,, location of this house belong to 'Uni' high range.

They made a decision to build new, big house in this area and trying to sell over 1.8 Mil.  In my feeling, it just doesn't match to the needs of any type of potential home buyers (young or old).

Funny story..During past 10 days, they (are saying) put 50K upgrade to one premium lot and they raised the price 50K.

Thank you all for your concerns and advice yesterday. I will mention less details and keep the strategic ambiguity!

Cannot sneak around in the open floor plan >_<

Same hesitation, same reason. Actually, I haven't made my mind. But as I said, I feel this house won't stay on market for long, it is well constructed and well maintained house.

I saw the house at the Tustin golf course. Wasn't interesting.. Floor plan was not simple.

I went to the stonegate house today. There is paved ground (I don't know what to call it)toward the next house, the very corner lot. Reator there said this area was originally no parking zone, but somehow HOA approved later this area as parking zone. So, actually you can park 4 cars in your...

I will check and ask how people actually using the area. Thank you for the advice. I always check the google map and google earth, but didn' think about this in a way you do.
