    Looks like there are two different developments in the area - 6 pack motorcourt homes and 4 pack motorcourt homes. Also, on the other side of the hill, looks like there's a SFD with 2500+ sq ft homes, some of which appear to have some pretty nice city views.

    I think I have seen a few resales of Petaluma and Marin on Redfin that have done quite well.  I'd have to go back and double check, but I thought I saw some Petaluma's at 1mil+, Marin's at 1.1mil+.

    Based on how the structures currently look, I'm guessing they're aiming for a beginning/mid summer release.  Interesting to see IP building out there.

    I think moreso that it's close to a lot of things.  Sure, we aren't talking night and day vs other development, but it does seem to be convenient in that regard.  SG seems to have appreciated fairly well, which is in the same general vicinity.

    I have to imagine the ROI of that for the second buyer won't be great.  They bought it from the first seller without any landscaping, so they had to landscape that entire thing.  I can't imagine how much that might have cost, but I'm guessing to guess it was quite a bit, lol. The first buyer...

    I wouldn?t put too much stock into some price drops for overpriced housing.  Things are a bit slower now than a few months ago, but I feel that is somewhat normal - spring usually seems to have a more rapid selling pace than mid-summer.

    Or, alternatively, they can hang onto their young players and sign Kawhi as a FA next year. Even if they traded for Kawhi, they aren't beating the Warriors this year.  Maybe by next year, the kids take a step forward and Kawhi is added to the fold.
