I like these floorplans, but you have to evaluate whether or not you want to pay that price to live in a motor court home. I know I just replied to your post in the other thread about choosing a neighborhood, but I think you might be able to find something that seems worth the price in those...
Columbus Grove is nice and newer and still very close all of the amenities you are already used to in Westpark. They do have some high Mello roos and are close/in view of power lines depending where you are. You can also smell the waste management facility across the creek in Columbus Grove...
One thing to note about the Aliante is that the driveway is longer because the model has a structural option modeled. If you get it standard, you don't get the long driveway. I will say I prefer the styling of Vista over the Toll Bros options this time around. They seemed to have put more...
The prices are outrageous, but to be expected based on what happened with Barcelona. This community is a good location if you don't have children who are school age. I think the city should have added an elementary or middle school close to Los Olivos. Kids can't really even bike or walk to...
Looks like they're in the "LAU" area in the plans. So rather than a laundry room, you get a door that opens to a stackable washer and dryer in a home that's 1.6M+...
Wow...so is he finally off the board? That's what it sounds like. Northwood Estates is a really nice community, so hopefully things will improve. I can't believe all of this subpar work was done. I feel bad for all of you living there and having your money used in this way.
I drove around this community finally and...absolutely not. The homes are all 3 levels and basically wall to wall with one another. This is simply a filler project, and not a good one.
You can check on the OC Tax Assessor website based on the address of the home you're interested in. I believe there's also a master key with all of the different neighborhoods, but I can't remember where I saw it.
Wow I'm surprised. I've never heard that about Toll Brothers. If it was one of their newer projects, I wonder if it's because they've expanded so much over the last several years and are cheating out with certain things.
Ah, so this is what's going in all that space. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like they aren't moving forward with the hotel(s) that were going to be constructed. It looks like these homes are replacing them. Wasn't the walkable mixed-use area supposed to be over there as well...
