It's laughable for The Summit in OH to have that high of an HOA fee. It's more than Shady Canyon and Turtle Ridge which are larger...and Shady is....Shady Canyon.
This says it's going to live auction now. This was actually one of the model homes too. Hate that cheap looking flooring they put in the loft and on the stairs. I understand the carpet probably wasn't their favorite, but they replaced it with such an off looking option.

Westpark has HOA around 50 bucks in the SFRs. Parts of Turtle Rock have reasonable HOA too. Parts of Northwood have no HOA, as well as many of the neighborhoods in El Camino Real and The Ranch off Irvine Center and Jeffrey.
What do you mean? Don't you want a perfect view and earshot of all the cars flowing in on Great Park Blvd? Wait until the summer when there are more events and activities...don't forget Wild Rivers. The sight and sounds will be great!
I haven't had a chance to check them out yet, but do they look similar to Alara in Altair with how tight the lots are? There's virtually no privacy because of how large the homes are versus most of the lots and the walls seem to be lower. It's even worse for the homes that back up to the three...
