Thanks for the link. I've seen the web site, and actually toured the model homes, but didn't get a chance to talk to the sales people extensively. Just wondering if anyone else had looked into this community and talked to the sales people.

I've been keeping an eye on Woodbury listings for a while on redfin, and still don't quite understand where the housing market is going. First 38 Twiggs and 25 Shepard both went for more than $1.4 million even in this economy, then 58 Winding Way has been on the market for more than 3 months...

checked out the gables a few weeks ago. nice big houses, but too bad it's in the tustin school district which sucks (would've been better if it's a different high school other than tustin high). anyway, i believe they are also offering $100k incentive in addition to the lennar special 30-year...

that's good news to hear that these new houses are finally coming down in prices a little more. any updates on the other similarly sized models such as Madison, Lantana, Gables? haven't had a chance to head down there recently, anyone has the latest pricing info on other models?
