That's what was missing is the sidewalk!  If there was a sidewalk, it would have been better.  There is only a small strip of concrete that you can walk on to get to the Plan 3's in the back.

I have to agree with nytransplant.  I visited Montecito last Friday.  I thought the side with 2 homes was decent and actually looked nice.  But when I walked by the 3 deep motorcourts, it seemed so deep.  Plus the motorcourts are so narrow it felt claustrophobic.  Carmel looked nice.  The day...
