Has there been any updates to the rest of the houses being built in OH? The ones next to Palermo.

Does anyone know when the IPAC homes next Palermo will start being built and ready to buy?

I was wondering what people thought about Palermo. Seems like Cetara has really nice houses and selling decently fast. Palermo on the other hand has been pretty stagnant. Haven't sold many at all since their launch.

So would Palermo and the iPac homes have no views at all?

Would Cetara have the last of the view lots in Orchard Hills? Or will Palermo and the Irvine Pacific homes also have view lots?

I'm pretty new to this website, but fascinated by the amount of info you guys have on the houses in Orchard Hills. Currently, the newer houses are Palermo, the recently announced Cetara. These both reside on Leafy Pass. However seems like there is much more space. How many more neighborhoods...
