From what I've read the "issuing entity"(whoever that is) has the right to legally renew the bonds once they expire. I wouldn't count on those payments ever going away.

Thanks for the charts! It's really easy to see how the low price properties are dragging the market down. The listing price is trailing the actual sold properties by several months. Too bad they're not going to catch up for a long time!
