    I kinda like the changes in Plan 3X, especially for the view lot, now you can enjoy the view from your Bonus Room, also from a nice covered deck outside of bonus room.     Would be better if they extend Marine Way through GP. But there is a train track. What are they building on left and right of Marin Way between Alton and Bake?

    For now only at west, Sand Canyon, and at north, Irvine Blvd. Look like south has a railway and east has commercial buildings. It's like those horribly designed plaza, except it's really a big one. Is that possible to open at south and east sides?

    OHHH NOOOOO...IP makes me wonder again. The lots size from OH4 are ranging from 3600 sqf to 10K+ sqf. How many floorplans are they going to fit there? I mean they cannot put similar-sized homes in 3600 and 15000 lots, can they?
