Wow I almost couldn't even tell it was a QH home but I guess it makes sense for the age (mid 2000s). When I saw it was a model, it made sense. Early to mid 2000s model homes did not age well imo...

I said this before but definitely think it now that I'm seeing how close the homes are to GP Blvd. I have no doubts these homes will sell but it's kinda crazy how close some of the Ovata homes and front doors will be to Great Park Blvd. Also crazy how 14/21 available homes for Ovata have sold...

I didn't think the floor plans were amazing, but they didn't seem terrible. But certainly not worth the price imo. However I think location is driving the price up. Ovata didn't really seem desirable to me, especially seeing the model homes going up basically right against Great Park Blvd. 20...

Are those going to be the first ones with "views"? I went to see the homes and I think the person said prices were going to jump due to that. But it's really just views of hills so...
