    Yep. To be fair, it's pretty clearly indicated when buying the home, so it's not a "gotcha". The diagonal line of Sawbuck is the IUSD/SVUSD divider line. So I believe some Adagio II is actually SVUSD and some Luna Park homes (northeast corner of Cadence and Astor) are IUSD.

    It's kind of obscene that $2.1M gets you either a driveway/front door on the same side but second floor kitchen/living (Rowan models) or first floor kitchen/living but garage and front door are opposite ends of the house (Alder models).
