i was up in the sacramento area last weekend and visited some communities there to get a feel. comparable houses imho were probably about 200K cheaper at least up there but that's like comparing apples to oranges. anyways..one community that i really liked touted that all their homes were...

my friend lives there and i visit alot. really nice place. i like the feel of it and the starbucks right there is the greatest. haha.

F&E rocks. the meat selection is the freshest. try the original cheesecake. it's deeeee-licious. not many people there at all..which works for me. i go in...and get out w/o waiting in line. if you go late at night on certain days, they give flowers away that they can't sell...
