Ha! That's hilarious. I actually thought of that (the bruin in me did) but felt dishonest. Didn't rule it out but ended up finding the tile myself. Also the Bruin in me. :)

I did see that. She was already my realtor by then. And had already been researching properties for us. And we did need her since we are out of state. Honestly she has been working very very hard for us. Is always available, will drop by the property same day to take pictures, ask questions. ...

Well yes and no. We put in a deposit and they said when we come and if we decide we don't want it, no harm no foul. They don't cash our deposit. We basically just have it on hold. It is ours if we want it. But, yes, we are ballers.

So the agent DID sign us up. And has been going back and forth for us (we are out of state) and will take us to the property in a couple weeks when we fly in. She is a friend of some family friends. When I asked about the rebate she said she had never heard of a rebate, but the builders do give...

I asked her and she said she has never heard of rebates. :/ How do I bring this up?
