Well yes and no. We put in a deposit and they said when we come and if we decide we don't want it, no harm no foul. They don't cash our deposit. We basically just have it on hold. It is ours if we want it. But, yes, we are ballers.

That helps a lot, thanks! We won't be able to wait for the final phase, which is when I think the single loaded street homes will become available.  I'm sure they'll also cost a pretty penny more so not sure that works for us. Sounds ideal though!
