KAMALA HARRIS on Pell grants: "Um, we have definitely extended the — and I, it's something that I think we need to keep doing, awareness about what we have to do on Pell grants, and I can follow up with you on specifically what we've been doing."

Vegas money odds are Donald Trump, #1, and Joe Biden #2.
That's where people are placing their money, not on the socialist prostitute.

Brains really isn't a requisite in this White House... ;D ;D >:D

Okay, I’m Sorry to Say It, but Kamala Harris Really Isn’t Very Bright

The Oracle of Oakland has done it again. Asked about anger at the Biden administration over inflation, putative Vice President Kamala Harris answered Wednesday: “Well, first of all, I acknowledge one must acknowledge, um, that prices are going up. And that people are working hard. And in many cases are worried about whether they can get through the end of the month and make it all work.” Indeed, one must acknowledge these things, just as one must acknowledge that there is a sun in the sky and that water can tend to be wet. It seems as if every time she opens her mouth, the ostensible vice president proves that she is not remotely suited for the job she holds or for the job she will hold if the people in charge finally decide that Old Joe has outlived his usefulness.

Make her stop!!!.... ;D ;D >:D

“I think everyone here recognizes how extraordinary space is. Space is exciting. It spurs our imaginations, and it forces us to ask big questions. Space: it affects us all, and it connects us all,” Harris said.

These "Funny things" threads are so ironic considering the gems our last POTUS gave us... and still does.

"Putin is a genius". :(

Don't know who I like more Kackala or Smith...

Kamala does it again!

Is Kamala Harris trying to sound stupid?  I suppose the theory would be that she is trying to get people to underestimate her.

But I have a different theory: that she is really stupid, and having grown up as a hot chick, she suffers from hot chick syndrome.  That is, she's just not received an adequate level of negative feedback from male authority figures necessary to correct her behavior.

I think she doesn't think in complete sentences, and when she begins a sentence during a speech or interview, she has no idea how she will finish it.

That would account for this level of ungrammatical inanity:

You know, when we talk about our children, I know for this group, we all believe that when we talk about the children of the community, they are a children of the community.

Politics really is a blood sport..

Biden Aides Attacking Harris to Prevent Her From Invoking 25th Amendment

Morris said that this makes sense, because: “The rumor I keep hearing from sources close to the White House is that Biden is getting worse. That the dementia is really becoming noticeable and harder to control and harder to camouflage. I believe there may be a move coming to invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden and replace him with Harris.”

“Biden’s people are pushing back against it by shooting at Harris and saying that she’s not really ready to be president,” Morris said.

Morris said it’s clear to him the leaks to the NYT came from Biden’s allies because “the only reason for them to do that [is to push back] against the 25th Amendment coup.”

Morris added that “the Democrats are realizing they’re cooked in 2022… They will lose the House. The Senate, they might also lose. I think that there is a sense of panic among Democrats.”

What difference does another 150 years of slavery really make?... ;D ;D >:D

VP Harris botches Juneteenth history lesson about ‘400 years of slavery’

Vice President Kamala Harris bungled a history lesson about the Juneteenth holiday Monday, telling kids that black people were enslaved in America for 400 years — overstating the actual time period by more than 150 years.

“I think that we all know today is a day to celebrate the principle of freedom,” Harris told a group of about two dozen elementary school-age children at the National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington. “And think about it in terms of the context of history, knowing that black people in America were not free for 400 years of slavery.”

The first African slaves in the American colonies arrived in 1619 in Virginia. Slavery was abolished through the 13th Amendment, which was ratified in 1865 — ending 246 years of the practice, not 400.

Easy mistake, confusing when Juneteenth was established as a Federal holiday in 2021 against when slaves arrived in 1619, 402 years prior.

And even though General Order No. 3 was declared in 1865, the affects of slavery still linger to today... ~400 years later since 1619.

No one can be more "entertaining" than Trump.

His delusions of grandeur are epic.

It's a choice between being poisoned or shot.... And also why barring a slip and fall down a dark stairwell.... we will never see a President K.H.

Her numbers are worse than Corn Pops and would be like pouring an accelerant on what is already a dumpster fire for 2024.

My best guess is that we'll hear more "Draft Michelle Obama" rumblings after the midterms. You can forget Governor Dippidy-doo what with California's reputation on everything from the homeless to crime prevention.

It's amazing to me that Newsom has already begun campaigning in earnest by attacking red state governors who are actually succeeding at running their states.  I suppose relative to the flailing Biden/Harris ticket he must feel like he has a shot, but it's almost impossible to imagine him winning the swing states necessary for a Presidential win.
