Will they ever build a non-toll road to connect Sierra to Foothill Ranch (In-and_Out area) without going through Irvine Blvd?

If you pay me $45m per year to lose every single game of the season I'll gladly do it.

In my opinion I think OAN should do a segment explaining why they will get vaccinated and will follow covid protocols to their viewers. I think that is only fair. tbh

* I am still waiting for Foxnews to explain why they have a strict covid policy at their office. But their on air personalities are LIKE playing down covid or spreading false information about covid.

** Another Conservative News Outlet implement vaccine requirement

The Hill News: Newsmax says it will implement vaccine requirement

Newsmax, the conservative news outlet, said it plans to implement a coronavirus vaccine requirement for its employees.

According to Mediaite, which obtained a copy of an email sent to employees, Newsmax told personnel they have to be fully vaccinated by Jan. 4 or subject themselves to weekly testing.

Salon News: The network has for months railed against the mere idea of restrictive COVID-19 prevention measures

The Newsmax vaccine mandate announcement comes after months of COVID opposition from many of the network's hosts.

For months now, the network has also circulated right-wing conspiracy theories that have raissd questions vaccine safety and efficacy.

Many of Newsmax's viewers are anti-vaxxers who have condemned mask mandates and touted unproven drugs like hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. Based on the type of rhetoric the network has featured over the last several months, is highly unlikely that the right-wing network's audience will be receptive to the idea of enforcing Biden's vaccine mandate

Bad and good news day for the Dodgers yesterday.
The bad news Corey Seager and Max Scherzer left the Dodgers. The good news  is the Dodgers saved a ton of money.
1. I am sorry Corey is not worth $325 for 10 years in my humble opinion. Look at his injury history with the dodgers according to foxsports. https://www.foxsports.com/mlb/corey-seager-player-injuries

2. Max signed for $130 for 3 years. I honestly thought he wants to be on a team that will compete in the playoffs. The Mets?

Hopefully, Omicron isn't as deadly as Delta.

Unfortunately, JIMHO, the last thing we need with Delta and the other 1% killers rolling around is a just a cold variant that doesn’t offer immunity to the other variants.

Covid isn’t fatal enough to otherwise healthy young middle age and younger to cause great concern in the masses and yet way too deadly to just treat as a fact of life like the flu.

It’s clear it’s endemic, like the flu variant every year, sadly it appears we will need to wait until we have a 10% killer or a child killer before people just want to ignore it.

Wow. Crazy weeks.

First Lincoln Riley leaving Oklahoma for USC. Then Brian Kelly leaving Notre Dame for LSU.

It's rare enough for one coach leaving a blue blood program for another one, but two doing so. Damn crazy.

I think Brian Kelly should of stayed at Notre Dame. tbd

Good for them. The pac-12 is a lot easier conference.

I wonder how Oklahoma will do when it moves to the SEC. lol

Who is excited about the Lincoln Riley hire?

Even as a Cal alum, I'm still rooting for any Pac-12 team (except Stanford  ;D) to make it to the playoffs. USC and Oregon are the best chances. Too bad Oregon screwed up.

Great hire!  He'll inject new energy into the program and bring some great recruits.

USC offense is going to put up a lot of points. Riley should have no problem recruiting a great QB. USC is known for having great LB/DB/DT/DE, so if defense holds up, you should make it to playoffs in no time.

Regarding the solar panels, they have no choice. CA passed a solar mandate in 2020. Solar panels are part of the code now for all new builds, they must comply to pass inspection.

I wonder how Bluffs homes are exempted from this mandate then. I guess I'll need to ask the sales lady next time I talk to her.

The law only applies to homes where construction has started after 2020 in the entire development.

I was thinking that might be the case, not the home itself, but the entire development. I still would like to have the solar panels, so I hope Highland calls first.  ;D I do prefer Highland 1 over Bluffs 2 anyway, although we'll take whichever makes the offer first.
