Earlier this week I listed a fully renovated single family residence home in the Citrus Lane community of Lake Forest on MLS (just got the pictures earlier this morning). The home was built in 1977 and features 4 bedrooms, including a downstairs bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms along with 2,081sf of living space on a large 5,980sf lot. The home is listed at $1,429,000.

How many nice El’s though? El Sereno, El Monte, what else? ET was the cheaper option next to MV back in the day so that name change made a lot of sense. A USC gf who went to Capo told me back then ETHS was the “poor”’school. Being from Pasadena I had no clue but I knew El Toro sounded cheaper than San Marino.
