Azul @ Portola Springs

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
These are crazy! I saw the homes on Sunnybank, and you look right at the roof tops of the homes below you, but in the horizon, you do see the orange balloon and fashion island.

The homes on Sunnybank aren't true view lots, so their premium is about $500k vs $1M for the ones on Bright Star.

I saw that home recently too. The homes below you on bright side will be built soon and block the views too!

You look down on them like they look down on Altair 😆

Just curious, how were you able to get 3.05 tho? Isn’t it listed at 3.4 or something?

That's cheaper than non-view lot pricing. Cielo sold a similarly priced view lot but it was at a T intersection.

I find it funny they list "2-Car Garage" on the price sheet as if that was something special for "Luxury" homes in the $3m+ range. Does Azul even have a 3-car option?

I think the only new home in Irvine that still offers 3-car garage is one of the floor plan in Skyline at OH4, and it's a tandem garage, and you lose the prep kitchen if you opt for that... I heard this is the most popular plan there.

anyone who opts for a prep kitchen is a moron.
Yeah, there's so much more you can do with a 3-car tandem garage. I've seen people put a golf net in their garage. That tandem space would be perfect for it and you still can park two cars in the garage. If I had that tandem garage, I would put the storage cabinets there. Then we can park both cars comfortably. Right now, we have the cabinets on the left side of a 2-car garage. We still can park two cars, but spacing is a bit tight.

Prep kitchen, or any enclosed kitchen, works very well with Chinese home cooking though. I've seen lots of prep kitchen in Altair have one giant wok burner instead of a regular cooktop.

You are absolutely right! The ADU in the Skyline model house has a freaking mahjong table! I laughed so hard when I saw that. They know who's paying for sure.
You should see newer Hillcrest park by Olivewood in Portola Springs, they had 3 concrete ping-pong tables built by the pool and park there.
