Most dated looking interior?

I like like the look of those floors but they don’t fit the coastal Laguna Coastal Hills style.
wait though, you really like the look of those floors? Like over wood or tile?

Still can't believe this floorplan offers a living room, dinning room, family room, *and* a downstairs office + bedroom.

A lot of Hawaii homes have natural stone as their main flooring. Though this is done in an awkward way, but the natural stone look when done right isn’t bad. It’s also expensive and labor intensive to do.
 
Wow I almost couldn't even tell it was a QH home but I guess it makes sense for the age (mid 2000s). When I saw it was a model, it made sense. Early to mid 2000s model homes did not age well imo...
 
What is the current trend in “refreshing” a home if you are going to put it on the market? Or do people want to buy and then redo themselves?
