Looks like a great floorplan, but man those floors are awful. My old condo I had in West Irvine had that same slate, and I hated it. It would chip and crack all the time, it was very dark and dreary looking, I *hated* it.

I like like the look of those floors but they don’t fit the coastal Laguna Coastal Hills style.

It was the model home, so it's very fitting for that time. I could see someone ripping them out though.

Still can't believe this floorplan offers a living room, dinning room, family room, *and* a downstairs office + bedroom.

A lot of Hawaii homes have natural stone as their main flooring. Though this is done in an awkward way, but the natural stone look when done right isn’t bad. It’s also expensive and labor intensive to do.

Wow I almost couldn't even tell it was a QH home but I guess it makes sense for the age (mid 2000s). When I saw it was a model, it made sense. Early to mid 2000s model homes did not age well imo...

What is the current trend in “refreshing” a home if you are going to put it on the market? Or do people want to buy and then redo themselves?

I also like natural stone but it is no longer trendy.

Personally, looking for turnkey given all the political things going on that can impact labor and supply expenses
