William Lyon in Aliso

I searched for William Lyon for Aliso but found a lot of Irvine stuff mostly (being IHB).



So with that said, what is opinion of the build quality of the William Lyon SFR homes in the Highlands Pacific Ridge tract in Aliso?

With any builder the tract is only as good as the super who manages the construction of the homes. With that said some tracts are built better than others with all builders. So, i would drive to that tract on a weekend and start talking to the homeowners who live there as that will be the only way you will find out the build quality etc. Have fun...
