Why WB get less rating than SG?

SG is closer to LANDFILL than EW. But if that is the case, WB should be priced higher than SG.
 
No, not at all. I always appreciated YF on all his research.
I guess: SG is blue ribbon and that is why it is #1 elementary school.
However, once land swap is final, it would be interesting to see PS prices, as if I go with school ratings shared above, PS elementary comes next to SG elementary in newer neighborhoods.

Potential Land swap then someone should update the chart? Since you appreciate his research, you should have the honors and update the chart on his behalf.

But I don't believe it is a real issue--especially, if Turtle ridge was next to landfill too.
 
Wow. So, Portola High would have kids from following elementary schools:
1. Stonegate (Currently, ranked #1)
2. Portola Elem #1 (Currently, ranked #5)
3. Portola Elem #2
I can already see a bright future ahead!!

And Beacon Park Elementary. 
 
We need them chinky smart SG kids to bring up the property values. 😉
 
Yeah they might bounce and transfer schools or go private.

I like the elementary, but I don't know about the HS.
