Looks like a modern house, but with more antique looking furniture...  doesnt look right.
 
It seems the most expensive homes in SG are closer to the landfill entrance than the rest of the village. Doesn't seem to be hurting sales though, Sausalito is at final phase.

Lafayette model homes are slightly elevated. When you look out from the second floor windows towards the village, you see a sea of roofs.

Pick a home in a location that works best for your family.

I actually prefer Strada (or the similar Laurel) over Lafayette floor plans, but I'm not convinced on paying a premium for OH.
