When is Orchard Hills opening?

It's MIA from the Irvine Company website. Back in 2011, when OH wasn't MIA, they were saying 2013. I don't see it anytime before 2016. But I think it's anyone's guess.

TIC is also waiting for Lambert Ranch to sellout and hope that consumers forget. That way they can start charging higher prices for recycled floorplans, poorly executed community designs, and high Mello Roos.

Looks like there were will a good bit of options for buyers to choose from in 2014...Orchard Hills, Great Park, Stonegate, Area 5A (west of Stonegate), Cypress Village, Villages of Columbus, and Baker Ranch.

Yup, the Irvine Company really seems to have fast-tracked OH to jump on the bandwagon. I recall that the original opening for OH was supposed to be 2007. Or was it even earlier?
