Starting mid-650k for single family homes. Anyone heard about Christopher Homes?

I don't believe there is mello-roos here. Kind of close to the 405.

Nicole is a realtor who posted just few times recently. Not affiliated that I can tell with the builder. SupperBobbay's posted quite a bit over time. 

that tract is "freeway close" in every sense of the phrase. If you're needing to cut your commute and want new homes it might work for you.

If you drive by the place, you will take back your statement. (take a look at the houses/neighborhood driving to the new homes)

In Westminster there aren't a lot of options to get a newer built home and these are SFR.  However these seem a little overpriced at 360-370 PPS.  The businesses nearby look like junkyards and the homes facing the freeway will definitely be too close to the freeway.  I'm sure all the homes will be able to hear freeway noise at night.
