This is the second time in a month that I have a package delivered on Saturday to the package locker but no key was placed in my mail box.
Last time I was lucky enough to locate my package with the help of the mailman that works on Monday. He said the package was put into a wrong street.
I never had issues with USPS before that. And it's almost impossible to talk to a real person through their hotline.
Anyone else has similar issues ?
