New construction wood is treated so I would imagine it would take a while.

Do the Cape Cod style exterior homes in Pavilion Park use wood or vinyl siding?

I don't think all new home wood are treated. only the very base wood that touch the foundation are treated. Others are not.
There are new homes in stonegate that have already been tented.
So it's basically by luck. If someone got it, they should just buy a powerball because they might have a higher chance to win.
