Stonegate - more development?

Aside from Auburn and Palo Alto, does anyone know if Stonegate is all built out?  Are future homes planned in this community?

Does anyone know a good website to track upcoming Irvine housing developments?

As far as I know, that's it for stonegate.
This site is a good resource on future developments. Ask away. There are threads on future ones on orchard hills, Portola springs and great park.  Pretty much it for Irvine.

Used to be an insider who gave a lot of good info until one day...

Eastwood is opening up the Avila, Morrow, and Beverly. Will there be more developments after this?

OH has high HOA fees, close to $300. Will that go down? Aside from the Varenna and Padova, are there similar plans coming up in Orchard Hills?

All the EW's track are revealed and that's it for the EW.  See the attached EW map.

OH1's $300 HOA definitely will not go down, instead it will go up once they implement the actual guard at the gate. 

There will be one more new track coming to OH1 but it will be larger than Varenna and Padova.  It's going to be located at OH1 Phase 3 area.

$279 is not bad for Orchard Hills. Quail Hill is $240 or so without the guard gate. As a comparison Turtle Ridge is guard gated and nearly $500, and I believe Hidden Canyon is nearly $400 also guard gated.
