For those of you with iPhones, check out the free Redfin app if you haven't already. The GPS integration makes it a fun app to try out when you drive somewhere new. Just turn on the app and check out what the MLS listings are in the area you happen to be in. I know a lot of people on this forum drive around to check out different neighborhoods. Now it's even easier to zero in on listed houses when you're out and about. I didn't even know this app was out there until I saw a little ad for it on the normal Redfin site the other day.
