I was hoping they would put another shopping center here... so my wife could meet someone from Laguna Altura in the parking lot. 
I think this would be good if they have professional services here like medical and dental. But the intersection on the 133 is going to be even more packed during morning and evening rush.

From what I heard in the community, it will be a major Fortune 500 high-tech company as the anchor-tenant.
