Toll Brothers has a new master planned community called Parkside in Lake Forest.  It's right next to the corner of the 241 toll road and Porola Parkway.

Three communities are planned:
Lexington at Parkside: Priced from $900,000s - Motorcourt SFR from 2582 sqft
Arlington at Parkside: Priced from $900,000s - SFR from 2512 sqft
Madison at Parkside: Priced from $1,000,000s - SFR from 2948 sqft

 
This is also adjacent to the new Sports Park and across from Saddleback Church. Bonus: 1/4 mile from the Sheriff substation.
 
Very odd to be assigned to El Toro HS, when the higher rated Trabuco Hills is a half mile away. Then again, the developer markets these homes as being close to golf courses suchas Pelican Hill.
 
Went to see Arlington and Madison yesterday (still in construction).  Models won't be ready until next year but they are taking non-refundable deposits a little over a week from now.  These homes only have 1 side yard.  The other side of the house is at the end of your neighbor's side yard.  Also, most of their windows are too high to see outside (felt like jail windows).  They claimed that these were specially designed to provide your privacy.  On the plus side, all their master showers are huge.  They advertised low HOA on their website but it's about $211/month which isn't very low.  Overall, I was a little disappointed.
