The homes along the end of Jeffrey Road look like they will become condominium and apartment complexes (575 total). So, no custom homes after all. :eek:
 
Are you talking about Neighborhood 4 in OH at the North West corner of Jeffrey & Portola?

The SW corner includes Northwood Paseo, the SE corner includes Stongegate, and the NE corner was scheduled to include a sports park with a connecting bridge to Jeffrey Open Space Trail (JOST).

PA6 includes Portola Springs and extends to areas East of Jeffrey and North of Portola Parkway. PA1 is OH.
 
On the map, it looks like it is in Orchard Hills IV. Strangely, it is labeled as PA 6.
