Oh, a 3+ level condo! Quattraporte, read by blog at IHB today ;-)
I am not a big fan of multiple levels.. and HOA dues more than $300.. especially if that doesn't pay for a guard at the gate.

Are you putting an offer for this property?
If you are the owner, and listing it, please change the pictures.. add some light, and make it look bright and airy. I have seen these condos- they are not as dull and cramped as they look in the pictures.

this should be in the WTF pricing thread. 3+ levels, 2 common walls, $300 listing near $600k? should only be worth $400k

I would opt for one of the 2-story 3-bedroom condos with a yard in Northpark, West Irvine, or Northwood Pointe over Savannah as CG.
