Open Wall Orientation

All,

Builder just called and scheduled an appointment for an "open wall orientation". I'm assuming that they are just showing us the completed frame/structure but wanted to know if anyone on here knows what else is included.

Should I be on the lookout for anything while I am going through the house? I guess I should be looking for any electrical options that I chose. Anything else? Thank you.
 
Is the open wall the one you do right before you get keys?  If so, make sure you check the outside of the home for any small cracks/scratches.  Check for mold anywhere as it rained pretty hard a few weeks back.  If you did electrical and any upgrades make sure they work.  Check your tubs and showers to make sure they don't creak with weight.  All in all, if you going through Irvine company, their 1 year warranty is pretty legit for any of that stuff.
