Newport heights?

Looking at areas to buy in NB.  What do you think about newport heights?  I'm only interested in elementary school since we are still many years away from kindergarten.  Also, I don't like Dover shores because of airplane noise which is minimal in newport heights.

I heard quite a few people from Newport Coast are moving to Newport Heights.  Newport Heights is much more convenient to stores, restaurants, etc.  Other than that, I don't know why some families prefer Newport Heights. 

The cost per sq/ft at NH can be more than non-view homes at NC.
