Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

Old house selling for $1.9mil.  Surprisingly it's not too far off the comps for lake views but I would never pay this much just for a view of the lake.

That's why there's about 2 pictures of the actual home and about 20 of the same photos of "the lake". They want you to pay $2 million for the lake view. No thanks unless you can demolish that home and rebuild another brand new home on that lot which I doubt is allowed.

Everyone now knows to never use Chao Wang from Hanu Reddy Realty.  Listings like these should automatically strip realtors of their license.  If I made this sort of mistake at my job, you better believe there would be some severe repercussions...

That same house in a Anaheim will cost $75k to make over nicely but once contractors come to your house to give you a bid in this place, the price of everything will be triple.

I should ask if the home comes with a stick of dynamite.

Wow look at this one in NB with a view of a private lake and next to back bay that sold for $464 sqft.

House looks nice, but that area is super loud due to all the air traffic from John Wayne. Its under the flight path. That's why that section of Newport usually sells for significantly cheaper than the rest of Newport.

Actually, there have been quite a few rebuilds in Woodbridge.

They just have to conform to the HOA style, unlike some areas in Irvine where the rebuild looks totally different from the surrounding ones (I'm looking at you 2 Angell St).
