Patterson Custom Homes is a very good home builder. To find a good builder you have to consider the style, size, and location of the home. If you have some more info I can guide you a bit better.
Also, I don't know if you found an architect yet or not, but most have a list builders they work with. So you can always hire an Architect first, and then go from there.
