Wouldn't it be a better idea to put them in the great park? the toxicity might help with the decaying...

Probably same toxicity levels near the blimp hangar.

Maybe Tustin isn't as strict as Irvine when it comes to landscaping... or maybe test can get qwerter a pass.

the toxicity is definitely worse at the great park, superfund site > regular toxic site 

the landscaping just comes down to how good/bad the HOA is. the city isnt involved from what i can tell. im sure the HOAs have to conform to any city policies but im guessing they are pretty similar.
