Would these Rates be available for a refinancing a condo?

I definitely lucked out with the recent mortgage rates
locked in at 3.5% no points last week 90 day lock, before the jump to 3.625%

jumbo loans definitely are the hot ticket, with non jumbo close to 3.8%

Definitely call around.  3 of out 4 major banks I called were offering closing credit as well for jumbo loans.  Can't hurt to ask  >:D

I locked a rate recently with a cash out refi of my condo

2.75% int. rate.
7/1 ARM
LTV had to be under 70% (I'm well under that)
No points
100% of closing costs paid by lender

Found the lender on Zillow mortgage. The rate is no longer listed there, but you can keep looking.
